My serial number is invalid even when I use the validate button in cpanel - why?
A couple reasons can cause this. First, if you are using the serial on more than one computer, it will happen. Only one computer per serial. If you changed computers or some major configuration to the computer, you will need to reset your serial number. For this return to the previous page and select Reset Serial Number.

I just sent myself an instant message and its not showing online - why?
You may have not allowed enough time for the activity to be sent to our secure server. Activity is sent in batches at timed intervals. Also, you will need to refresh the web page possibly.

If it still continues not to show on the web site, then it can be a couple of reasons causing this. First, check to make sure the IamBigBrother software is running on the computer you are monitoring. To do this, log into the IamBigBrother control panel program and look at the bottom. If it says it is turned off, then it is not running.

If it is turned on, then your firewall software may be blocking the port being used which is port 21. You will need to allow the IamBigBrother software to work with the firewall.

How long will the activity be saved on the server?
25 days.

Can I view the acitivty in cpanel also?
No. All of the activity is sent to the server to be viewed online.
